This immersion will explore culturally responsive education through the lens of Indigenous Perspectives as well as inclusive education. We will look at how to deeply engage with community partners to strengthen the application of learning into the world.

This immersion engages with primary schools who are putting wellbeing, meaning and purpose at the centre of learning. We engage with schools who have deeply embedded inquiry and human centred design to drive learning with authentic community partners. This immersion begins with a day with Lael Stone at her school Woodline Primary.

Estimated Cost: $2300 +flights

This immersion engages Contemporary Lutheran schools who have used their rich engagements with innovative schools to make meaningful secondary school transformations within the Lutheran Education context. Focusing on improving student agency these schools will showcase how they are innovating on traditional secondary subjects to improve learner engagement and teach curriculum with a real world lens.

This immersion focuses on how secondary school can be transformed through meaningful pathway design. We will explore how students develop understanding of their strengths, interests and motivations to move into pathways that inspire them and how teachers collaborate across subjects to form meaningful and engaging learning experiences that are driven by a strong vision and application of values.
